One of the best prototype manufacturing processes that Maglio Inc. has is a Stratasys FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D Printer that grows parts out of ABS plastic. These FDM parts can be gown with minimal setup and no tooling, which is ideal for minimizing the cost of prototypes. FDM can also be used to make low cost prototype molds, fixtures, and jigs that aid in making parts.
